Oscar Jacobson encountered some challenges with their e-commerce, and NoA Ignite was brought in to offer support. The main issue centered around the complexity of the customer journey, as customers found it difficult to navigate and select the right products online. Purchasing a suit online presented unique obstacles, especially with the variety of colors and materials that are harder to fully appreciate compared to an in-store experience.

Customers also often struggled to match the right trousers with the appropriate jacket due to subtle differences in colors and materials. To address these issues, we developed a tailored e-commerce solution with a strong emphasis on design and user experience.

Our approach began with creating a guided shopping experience. We designed a clear navigation structure to help customers easily find products suited to their needs, such as wedding suits or black suits. Additionally, we implemented an advanced size guide that assisted customers in selecting the right size based on their individual measurements, which helped reduce uncertainties about fit.

To resolve the issue of matching trousers and jackets with perfectly coordinated colors and materials, we introduced an automated product pairing feature. This tool allowed customers to easily discover complementary items that matched their chosen suit, reducing concerns over color and material consistency. By providing guidance at each stage of the shopping journey—from the initial website visit to order completion—we created a streamlined and informative online shopping experience.
